For those interested in becoming a client, we will have a new client form for you to fill out that can be picked up in-clinic or emailed to you.

Please note, if your pet has been seen at another veterinary clinic for any reason, we do need their medical history from that clinic. We need to know exactly what care and vaccinations your pet has received so that we can provide the best advice and support possible for you and your pet. For most veterinary clinics, you can call them directly and request that they email your pets history to our email, reception@rainandrainbowsvet.com
